This is another of those families that I have not worked on for a couple of years.  BUT, just like the Bullard Clan, they are running hip-to-hip with the Pemberton Clan of Virginia through many generations.  I have Newby kin-folk in Lancaster, Spotsylvania, Culpeper, and Fauquier Counties of Virginia.
