45. Richey Ranger Review, December 1976, Citation Detail: Roland A. Grundmeyer, 65, of Richey died in his home Thursday, Dec. 23, 1976. He was born on Sept. 18, 1909 in Sleepy Eye, Minn. He came to Montana with his parents and homesteaded in an area called Big Dry. they moved into Richey in 1916 and Mr. Grundmeyer was reared and schooled there. He married Edna Myers in Glasgow on March 27, 1937. He farmed in the Richey area until 1973 when he retired. He made his home in Richey since. He is survived by his wife, Edna of Richey; a brother, Kamp of Tempe, Ariz. and numerous nephews and nieces.
