Will of Mary Garnham of St. Johns Parish, dated May 26, 1684, and proved December 11, 1685, names a daughter, Rebecca Pemberton, (wife of James Pemberton, as indicated in his will of 1701). Will was witnessed by James Pemberton.

Will of Mary Gouldingham of St. Johns Parish dated August 29, 1699, and proved in September, 1700, names a daughter, Mary Pemberton, (probably wife of James Pemberton Jr. who died January 3, 1701, or Charles Pemberton) Will was witnessed by James Pemberton.

Will of James Pemberton of St. Johns Parish dated August 7, 1701, proved September 9, 1701, lists oldest son, James, deceased. (Children of James, deceased, were James and Rebecca, both under age 21.) Other sons are John, Peter, and Joseph (all thought to be under 21 years of age.) Another son, Charles, is believed to be 21 years of age or older.
